President/CEO

Joshua Clinton Adams is a devoted husband, educator, leader, and entrepreneur who exemplifies a life of service, compassion, and unwavering commitment to his community and family. Guided by strong work ethics, Joshua holds steadfast to values such as professionalism, productivity, integrity, and cooperation in all that he undertakes.

Joshua’s passion for education and ministry is deeply rooted in his personal journey and professional career. His foundation in Early Childhood Education & Friends Inc. reflects both his academic achievements and extensive work history. His career began with humble beginnings as a cashier at Kmart and later included other essential roles that shaped his discipline and character.

His path in education started as an Aftercare Counselor at Sunset Lakes Elementary School and progressed to roles such as Educator, Teacher, and Child Care Specialist across Christian, Charter, and Private institutions. Joshua earned an Associate of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, with a focus on the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children.

Currently, Mr. Adams serves as the Center Manager for The Family Christian Association of America, Inc. Over the past eight years, he has climbed the ranks from Volunteer to Teacher Assistant, Teacher, Lead Teacher, and now, Center Manager—a true testament to his dedication and leadership.

Joshua’s personal life is marked by resilience and perseverance. Born with a speech impairment and diagnosed with Alopecia at the age of 15, he has turned his challenges into sources of strength. Despite enduring emotional and physical hardship, including surviving childhood sexual abuse between the ages of 9-17, Joshua has emerged as a powerful advocate for survivors. Every April, he commemorates Sexual Assault Awareness Month, encouraging others to speak up, seek healing, and never lose hope.

On April 14, 2024, Joshua officially began sharing his story with the world, breaking the silence and inspiring countless others to rise above trauma. Looking ahead to April 2026, he is planning more impactful initiatives aimed at empowering survivors and promoting healing and resilience.

Joshua’s leadership extends beyond education and advocacy. From August 15, 2022, to 2023, he served as the Comptroller/Recorder for Delta Nu Omega Christian Fraternity, Inc. (Broward County Chapter)—a nonprofit Christian brotherhood. In 2025, he reconnected with the fraternity, which continues to thrive in its mission to serve the community alongside its sister organization.

His spiritual journey began early in life. At just five years old, Joshua was directing the church choir from his seat beside his mother under the leadership of the late Bishop Norman McCray at Miracle Valley. He continued to serve in various roles at Outreach Mission Church of God in Christ under Pastor Walter L. Simpson, including the praise team, youth department, and as a gatekeeper.

Today, Joshua is a dedicated member of Love Tabernacle of God Praise & Worship Christian Center, under the leadership of Overseer/Pastor F. Emmanuel Carvil, where he has faithfully served as Youth Director, Pastor's Assistant, Praise Team member, Choir Member, and Gatekeeper. On Friday, September 27, 2024, he was officially ordained as a Deacon

Joshua resides in Miami, Florida, with his wife and best friend, Mrs. Kiara Brown-Adams. Their love story began in 2005 when they met at the age of 15. Kiara stands firmly by her husband's side, supporting his mission and vision with grace and strength. Together, they are proud Godparents to Gabriel Williams (since February 23, 2016) and Kennedy Marie Chester (since April 24, 2022).

Joshua is the beloved son of Robert and Evelean Adams and one of six siblings—four brothers and one sister.
