Joshua Clinton Adams is a husband, educator, leader, and entrepreneur who is dedicated to serving the community and family with compassion and gratitude. He applies strong work ethics and places high value on professionalism, productivity, integrity, and cooperation. The foundation of Joshua’s ministry is rooted in Early Childhood Education & Friends Inc which is highlighted in his academic achievements and work history. Joshua’s career path began with humble beginnings as a cashier at Kmart, along with other essential positions. Working as an Aftercare Counselor, at Sunset Lakes Elementary School, eventually transitioned into an Educator, Teacher, and Child Care Specialist at Christian, Charter, and Public Schools. Joshua attained an Associate of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, specializing in the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children.
Mr. Adams was born with a Speech impairment even with this disability. Mr. Adams is still Gifted as a teacher, with a unique style of patience, dedication, and sensitivity led to a collaborative effort with colleagues to institute a support system for the Early Childhood Education Department established March 10, 2019. Joshua’s path of aspiration and creativity-initiated connections with many amazing organizations that assist the community and families in need, as well as educational institutions, single parents, and homeless individuals, worldwide.
Dedication and discipline to professional success and love for his family, encouraged Joshua to reactivate the James Family Club. Reconnecting with family by gathering generations of family members together, yearly, to acknowledge their history, present and future, strengthens the bond of sentiment.
In the month of April of 2021 - October 2021, Joshua joined The JNJ Academy of Performing Arts as an Instructor where he helps the youths to stay positive and productive in singing, acting, dancing, and modeling. Our goal is to keep the youths out of jail and off the streets. This company makes Mr. Adams incredibly happy. At an early age Mr. Adams was Molested. Mr. Adams battled with Identity Crisis for many years and overcame his struggle. It brings Mr. Adams joy to see these young people going after their dreams.
Joshua is committed to serving God and began service in the church ministry as an adolescence. At the age of five, he directed the choir seating from his seat next to his mother and under the leadership of the late Bishop Norman McCray at Miracle Valley. Joshua continued his service in the Lord at Outreach Mission Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Pastor Walter. L. Simpson, actively serving on the praise team, choir, youth department, and as a gatekeeper. Joshua present church home is Love Tabernacle of God Praise & Worship Christian Center under the leadership of Overseer/Pastor F. Emmanuel Carvil where he served as the Youth Director, Pastor Assistant, praise team, choir, and gatekeeper.
Joshua resides in Miami, Florida with his lovely wife, who was also his school sweetheart of 12 years, Mrs. Kiara Brown-Adams. Mrs. Adams is committed to supporting her husband’s vision and mission. On Sunday, February 23, 2016, Mr. Adams became a Godfather to Gabriel Williams. Joshua is the son of Robert and Evelean Adams and has 5 siblings: 4 brothers and 1 sister.
